About Rodney District
Rodney District covers the Northern and North Western sectors of the Auckland Region. This area offers the best riding resources in the region at present, due to the location of two major forests (Woodhill and Riverhead).
Bridleways
There are no bridleways in Rodney, but the Council has a bridleways strategy.
Rodney District Council does not provide any equestrian facilities but has now passed a bridleways strategy (2007).
